How do we get not-for-profit pricing?
Start a free trial, then open Account settings and choose 'Not-for-profit pricing' beside your business. Give your organisation's name, ABN and website — a website is required. We check your ABN and ACNC registration, usually within two business days, email you the outcome, and 50% comes off every charge from then on.
Who qualifies for the discount?
Charities registered with the ACNC, and incorporated not-for-profit associations, clubs and community groups. If you're not sure, apply and tell us about your organisation.
Do volunteers cost extra?
No. Matrix is priced per organisation, never per user.
Can I track spending by grant?
Yes, using departments to separate each program or grant.
Does Matrix handle GST for charities?
Matrix applies the GST codes you choose. Your accountant can advise on the concessions that apply to your organisation.
